ok i dont feel anxious and i will go about doin something and i will get like a feeling in my head like whoosh off balance or like my head moved real fast but t hasnt it lasts a couple of secs then it freaks me out i think i have something is really wrong and i have had an mri all is good. i also feel sometimes thing are sureal like im walking on tippie toes cos the room or things feel they are moving but guys i dont feel anxious and im not in a panic .this dosnt happen all the time it is scaring me is it anxiety panic even if u may not feel it oh i dont know its effecting me cos i try to move past it but it gets me.
